    As founder of Andrews Distributing, Barry Andrews has been instrumental in his company’s advancement and growth in the Texas beer business. With over 32 years of experience in this exciting industry, Barry has grown Andrews to a company of 1,000 employees and 12 warehouses in North and South Texas. 

    Barry is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University and after college he returned to his hometown, Corpus Christi, where he founded Andrews Distributing in 1976. Barry is an active civic leader in both Corpus Christi and Dallas, and has served in numerous capacities through various industry organizations. Barry also enjoys being politically active to help support the advancement of the beer industry in Texas and nationwide. He and his wife have two children and two granddaughters.

    As president and CEO of Andrews Distributing, Mike serves the team by communicating its purpose, vision and values and is responsible for working with the organization on delivering service excellence for their customers. Andrews’ purpose is brand building, in the greater service of thriving team members and stakeholders. The team lives by the core values set out in the company’s value wheel. Andrews is one of the nation’s leading beer distributors serving over 10,000 retail customers with a portfolio of more than 700 brands from 42 brewing partners. The Andrews team is comprised of 1,600 team members that are passionate about brand building.

    Mike has served as president of Andrews since 2010 and has served on MillerCoors and Heineken’s national distributor councils. Prior to joining Andrews, Mike spent 16 years in high-tech sales and marketing leadership roles. Mike is an active board member of the Wholesale Beer Distributors of Texas as well as the National Beer Wholesalers Association. Mike serves on the Highland Park United Methodist Church Pastor Parish Relations Committee and on the advisory board of the S.M. Wright Foundation. Mike also serves on the Baylor Scott and White Hospital Advisory Board. Mike earned his bachelor's degree in Management from Boston College and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He and his wife Natalie are the loving parents of two daughters.

    With over 25 years of experience in the beer industry, Mike currently serves as the EVP GM Revenue. Mike started his career with Miller Brands in Denver and has held several positions at Andrews since relocating to Dallas in 1994. 

    Mike earned his bachelor's degree in Engineering from Central Missouri State University, where he was the team captain of the football team and also played rugby. Mike is involved with the National Charity League and serves on two National Distribution Advisory Councils. He and his wife Darla have two children.

    As EVP Human Resources, Maryam oversees all aspects of HR to ensure the company’s talent programs meet the evolving needs of Andrews Distributing. In addition, she is an active member of the Executive Leadership team and collaborates with each department to drive company-wide key strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Andrews, Maryam worked with senior leaders throughout the Consumer sector to create high-performing cultures, elevate the capabilities of leaders and develop HR systems to effectively drive organizational performance.

    Maryam earned her bachelor’s degree from SMU and graduated with honors with a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of North Texas. Maryam is on the board of the Young Men’s Service League and is a member of the Dallas Chamber’s Executive Women’s Roundtable. She and her husband have two children.

    David has been in the beer business since 1992. His past positions have spanned virtually every segment of Andrews’ business, including delivery, merchandising, special events, account management, district sales management, chain management and brand management.

    David leads the Andrews brand management, marketing operations and commercial strategy teams. David is a graduate of Texas Christian University and has three children with his wife, Kristin.

    Sean has worked in the beer business for over 25 years and is responsible for the Andrews' South Texas business operations. During his career he has successfully acquired and integrated two distributorships into the Andrews family. Sean also takes pride in mentoring young managers and developing team members. 

    Sean earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas and sits on the board for the Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife Carol have three children.

    As Vice President of Commercial Strategy, Nick is responsible for supporting the sales, brand and leadership teams with insights, leading indicators and dashboards through the business planning and analytics team. This team supports the Andrews brand building mission and the drive to be our customers' most-trusted advisor with shopper and consumer insights to enable decisions that create more value for our retailers.

    Nick is a leader with more than 20 years of beer and alcohol industry experience, analyzing industry trends and assisting suppliers, distributors and retail partners with their beer category growth strategies.

    Prior to joining Andrews Distributing, Nick was at Procter and Gamble in a variety of sales and sales management positions, Nielsen, where he co-led the beverage alcohol vertical, and Heineken USA, where he led the category development. Nick earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Minnesota. He and his wife Martha have three children.
